TOUR BOOKING

Please book your tour through our contact weather E-mail or Whats App. We will give you invoice or confirmation letter when the tour is confirmed and transaction of down payment is done. When the tour is confirmed you should send your identity such as complete name, passport number and your flight detail.

TOUR PROGRAM

The tour which we put in our web site can be modified base on the clients needed, but you have to tell us when you book the tour. The program cannot be changed when you are during on tour.

ABOUT THE PAYMENT

The price will be quoted in Indonesian Rupiah and American dollar. When the tour is confirmed we need down payment at least 30% from the total price of the tour through Bank transfer only. We don’t have any such a kind of online payment such as pay pall and credit card. After you make a payment but you have to cancel your tour, so there are some regulation from our company whether refund or not. Those are as follow:

  • One week before the tour is started the down payment will be not refundable because the money we will make down payment for some accommodation of the tour such as hotel and boat.
  • If you have paid all the tour then you cancel it for the reason that make sense, we will refund half from the total price of the tour.
  • No refundable if tour has been done and the reason is not make sense.

RESPONSIBILITY

  • We are not responsible for any personal issues of the clients. We just responsible for all the components related to and include in the tour.
  • Losing something such hand phone, money or other valuables things is not our responsibility
  • We are not responsible for the events related to the nature, injured even death
